Life is a forced existence in which we are obligated to bear ourselves up to our last breath. There was no choice-making involved in this process. We were just born, and that’s it. That’s my beginning as a human and yours also.
So, if I could describe my life from the moment of my birth on, I’d use this post’s title, but not because I did something wrong, but because I bear the responsibility for everything going wrong from that moment on.
I was born in a world with thousands of variables out of my control. And guess what… My life and happiness depend on those very variables, not all of which I know, adding an element of surprise to the whole scene.

That puts not only me but all of us in a game in which few things can go right to corroborate with our happiness and well-being, but thousands of things can go wrong to destroy any possibility of us ever achieving them.
To be happy, I feel I need 1) Family, 2) Friends, 3) Money, 4) Health. Those four things must be done or happen in a fine-tuned order for me, or any other person, to achieve happiness.
However, a few things are necessary to destroy one’s life. Just a severe illness would be enough to throw away all the joy of having family, friends, and money. Pull out just one card, and the castle collapses. This game is unfair.
Dad is back in the hospital undergoing a hemodialisis session. So sorry for today’s short post. Just hit the like button so I can know you stooped by.
And if you have kids or enjoy reading middle-grade epic fantasy that touches on young-adult topics, buying my book is the best way to support my work here. Thanks! 🫠
