Are you superstitious?

It’s very simple. I align all the crystals over a bench, let sunlight bathe them for a while, and then wait for people to buy them for $1000 a piece. Okay, I’m kidding, but that’s the only way I can see crystals making people rich.

Am I supersticious?

And does this matter? Is there a list of verified things you should do to get luck or avoid to not get in trouble? Since this list does not exist, it’s useless to believe in it or not. The rules are not clear, and you can’t play a game without rules.

However, I understand that correlation can lead someone to think that a simple act, such as petting a black cat and later suffering something bad, was caused by the cat. But correlation is not causation; it’s just how our brain is wired to work, trying to make connections between what we did and what we got or happened to us.

So, what I really believe is that S* happens, good and bad. Everything is the result of actions or chance. This makes me be more careful about my decisions and avoid getting into circumstances that may lead me to trouble.

Sorry for the short post. Dad is still in the hospital, and this whole situation is really stressful and tiring.
